How It Works

Transitioning to e-invoicing doesn’t have to be complicated. InvoiceManager is designed to make every step intuitive, so your business can stay compliant and process payments without stress. Here’s how it works:

1. Enable Your TIN
Before you can start issuing e-invoices, your Tax Identification Number (TIN) must be enabled on the FIRS Merchant Buyer Solution (MBS) platform through your TaxProMax account. With InvoiceManager, linking your TIN is quick and easy:
- Securely connect your TaxProMax account to InvoiceManager.
- Authorize FIRS e-invoicing for your business in just a few clicks.
- Ensure that every invoice you create is automatically recognized and approved by FIRS systems.

2. Create Your Invoice
Say goodbye to manual errors and tedious paperwork. InvoiceManager provides a guided invoice creation form that includes:
- All mandatory FIRS fields pre-set for compliance.
- Auto-calculation of VAT, taxes, and totals.
- Easy product/service line item entry with full customization.

3. Validate & Submit
Once your invoice is created, InvoiceManager instantly connects to the FIRS system for real-time validation.
- Each invoice is checked for compliance with FIRS formats.
- The FIRS system issues a Cryptographic Stamp Identifier (CSID) and an Invoice Reference Number (IRN) for authenticity.
- Validation happens in real time — no waiting, no back-and-forth.

4. Send & Track
With FIRS signing in place, you can now share your invoice securely with your clients.
- Send directly from InvoiceManager via email or download in PDF format.
- Track invoice status — viewed, paid, or pending — all in one dashboard.
- Automatic reminders help ensure faster payments with less chasing.
